📅 LS-141901: Calendar events in Docket View [citation needed] get a new Client Present field with options for Yes, No, and Clear. Can you use the new field on forms and in reports? Yes and Yes.
🎹 LS-141951: If you run a report and filter on Caseworker, should you be able to select a user named Guðmundsdóttir, Björk? Well of course you should. The fix will work for others with diacritical names, not just groundbreaking Icelandic musicians.
📧 LS-142096: You formatted your Email Template quite nicely, but were sorely disappointed when the form displayed a blob of text without any spacing. Formatting will be honored.
📃 LS-142108: You upload a new version of your document template, click the View Content button to check your work, and are confused by seeing the previous version without your changes. You confirm that using the template uses your new version. Then you re-confirm the View Content button is previewing a previous version. Now you're irritated. De-irritation is on the way.
🌊 LS-142660: The Workflow step to send an SMS will now tell you that "A message will only be sent if that phone number is marked "safe".
⁉️ LS-142685: Blank, null, empty string are all the same, right? Well no. Anyway, Guided Navigation expressions testing a text field for "is not null", "is null", "is empty", and "is not empty", will do the correct thing.
⏳ LS-142997: Stopping a Timer stopped displaying the Start Time and Stop Time fields by default on the timeslip, requiring a click on the Enable Times button to see them. Eww. Relief is on the way.
👥 LS-143102: A user-based report filter can fail to show you some current users. It's rare, but highly confusing, so we're going to try very hard not to do that to you.
🗣️ LS-143121: If you forget to update the poverty scales on your online intake site, should people filling out your InCert application get an endless spinner of sadness when they reach the financial section? We can't fix the poverty scales, but we can start displaying "There is an error in the application. Please contact the organization you are applying to for assistance." A future update may list the mobile phone numbers of the site administrators.
📋 LS-143127: The filter bar icons on lists for Show Filters, Export CSV, etc. are squished, or overlapping if you prefer. Just the right amount of lapping, none, is on the way.
📜 🦾 LS-143140: Super adventurous and capable report writers can email support@legalserver.org and ask to have a new edit mode interface enabled. Your email must contain at least 3 reasons you would be a good tester. Review committee decisions may be arbitrary, but won't be capricious.
⭐ LS-143270: Do you have dozens (or hundreds!) of Scheduled Reports? Surely you will enjoy the filter we're adding for Schedule Name.

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.
⏳ LS-137821: The Confirm Time page gets centering on the name and pay period in LS5, to match what you've grown to love in LS4.
📧 🌊 LS-141682: You've configured the Email Address field in your Flowblock of wonder to be a clickable link to an auxiliary form that allows editing said field. Rightfully proud of yourself, you are righteously indignant when the field isn't clickable in LS5. De-indignation is on the way.
❔ LS-141842: Help Text on a branch logic toggle field will display the question-mark-in-a-circle icon and the text if you hover your pointer over it in LS5, just like LS4 does.
🖨️ LS-141946: Your lovely print profile is marred by the County field displaying an ID number in LS5 instead of the human name you expect and get in LS4. De-marrification on the way.
🚀 LS-141995: Top bar icons in LS5 (Note Drafts, Messages, etc.) will have tooltip/hover text that appears to the side of the icon instead of obscuring the content if you click on the icon. The tip text will also appear as white text in a dark box with lovely contrast for weak/tired eyes. Some other nice touches here and there on various buttons are on the way.
⚡ LS-142613: If you'd rather not return Close Reason to the site that sent you a case by electronic case transfer for legal, ethical, or arbitrary reasons, surely you will be relieved to see the new "Return the value of Close Reason if an accepted case is closed" setting on the Admin > Configure Case Transfer page wherein you can select No.
👮♀️ LS-142960: You configured County of Dispute to be required, and expected the usual "(required)" label, but didn't get it. Expectations will be met.
📫 LS-142993: If your intake gets stuck on a form with the Address block on it in LS5, this change will provide relief from the Continue button changing to Processing but leaving you in that state for approximately forever.
🚀 LS-143091: Radio buttons will be filled when selected instead of just having a ring/outline.
🖱️ LS-143099: Selects and Multiselects get an overhaul in LS5. Those are dropdown field selectors/pickers to regular people. Surely you will find the overhauled versions a joy to gaze upon and use.
🚒 🧑🚒 📫 LS-143185: Third time's the charm on address validation and political boundaries display in LS5. Fix pushed out on 2026-04-24 at 9:12 AM Eastern.
