Building and Editing Reports
Typically a small group of users have the ability to build and edit reports (we call them Report Writers). If your user role has this permission, you will see Edit Pencils on the main Reports page:
We suggest new Report Writers review the following articles:
- Creating New Reports
- Editing Report Attributes (Rename, Inactivate, Restrict Access, Etc.)
- Editing Report Columns
- Editing Report Filters
Tips for reporting on specific data are in the Report Nuggets category and available by searching. For example, search for "addresses" to find the Reports - Addresses article, that explains the options available. Or search for "reports -" to see all the tips.
