😱 LS-133300: Some sites are getting errors trying to edit their shiny dynamic grant profiles and/or tab blocks thereon. We apologize. And will stop doing that to you.
📸 LS-134319: Financial Snapshots will now also capture asset information.
⚔️ LS-134806: Seasoned site administrators have likely seen the "Only list order can be edited on a system lookup”. That's fine, except some System lookup values have other attributes you can change, so we're clarifying that by saying “Only certain attributes can be changed on System lookup values".
👩🏼🔧 LS-134849: Contractor work order lists have nicely right-aligned dollar value columns. Now the totals at the bottom of those columns will also be right-aligned.
🌊 LS-135129: Workflows for the Clinic Event module can now evaluate Related Matter Fields, so your triggers can peer into information on linked cases.
👩🏼🔧 LS-135311: Contractor embiggened sites will surely want to peek at the new Default Pay Period Display setting in the General Settings section of the Admin > Contractor Settings page.
🧠 🕰️ LS-136421: Want to put an Actions menu link to Smart Time on your dynamic timekeeping section front? Get ready to edit the Timekeeping Links element thereon.
👥 LS-136087: If your site associates multiple cases to the same client, you'll be interested in a feature that has come out of beta testing and is available via Admin > Process Settings > Maintain any previous client/case associations when attaching client to case.
🌟 🗒️ LS-136625: If your kids processing pending case transfers like the Save Note option available before someone starts an intake, they will be overjoyed to see it available even after someone has started an intake.
🥧 LS-136736: An Advanced Grant Filter on the Programs field in the Outreach module will do what you expect.
👩🏼🔧 LS-136751: Disputing a transaction in a Contractor invoice, then verifying the invoice will remove the transaction, properly update the invoice, and send the email if configured to do so.
☎️ ☎️ 📧 LS-136783: The Online Intake Opposing Parties block gets three shiny new options: Show Home Phone For Individuals, Show Mobile Phone For Individuals, and Show Email For Individuals.
🧳 LS-136786: The Radio Button with Rollup toggler style has been fixed again, so once you make a selection, you can click it again and see all the options. Forewarning: This toggler style is on its way to being deprecated.
🌊 📷 LS-136789: If you have a Flowblock displaying client photos, you may have been confused when existing photos stopped displaying and newly uploaded (or re-selected) photos stopped displaying as nicely-sized thumbnails. De-confusion is on the way.
🌊 LS-136791: You probably only need, or want, one notification for a Send Survey workflow step, so we'll stop sending 3.
🗄️ LS-136861: If you have a bountiful set of files in your Templates folder on the main Documents page, you will surely enjoy the snappier loading of that folder.
🚒 👩🏻🚒 LS-136904: Sites using the AGM Expense feature noticed that documents uploaded to expense reports were not being displayed in the document list on expense report profiles. We brought the documents out of hiding and into the light on 2025-11-13 at 7:03 PM Eastern.
🚒 👩🏻🚒 LS-136979: Verifying time (EVT and AGM) was not the usual joyful experience on Friday. Joy re-added on 2025-11-14 at 10:21 AM Eastern.
🚒 👩🏻🚒 LS-137018: The "select all checkboxes" that appear at the top of some lists stopped selecting any rows in the list and the spinner icon just spun and spun and spun. Fixed pushed out on 2025-11-15 at 9:29 AM Eastern.

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.
🧙 We rolled back the LS5 enablement wizard on Friday 2025-11-14, after sites found it was setting all their users to LS5, not just the roles they wanted. We're redeploying the wizard this week, with some additional shine and sparkle.
🎬 LS-136169: You love the actions buttons in list views and now in the slide over, but were saddened when it didn't work in LS5. Joy returns.
📈 LS-136387: There were a few icons missing from some of our top level tabs and this ticket corrects that.
🔗 LS-136680: We've restored the clickable process links in Flowblock.
🧑🧒🧒LS-136686: There was a bug from way back in LS3 that was causing our Family Members list view to display thousands of records where fewer than thousands were expected. We don't like overcrowding during the holiday season, so we showed a few of those family members the door.
🌊 📧 LS-136689: The Case Email field in a Flowblock will start displaying the shiny icons to start an email and copy to clipboard, just like it does in LS4.
↔️ LS-136714: Some folks noticed that the instruction element didn't go full screen width, especially on caes profiles. Now it's all stretched out.
🖨️ LS-136773: Were you testing out the print profile and found it only printed the first page? Now it will print ALL the pages, much to the chagrin of the trees.
🚨 LS-136879 - We're not supporting the radio button rollup field configuration in LS5. AND if you have it enabled you shouldn't get a full page error. Now you don't. Looking for a list of other things we no longer support - check out the help page for LS5.
🕢 LS-136975: In LS4, you only get an MFA prompt once in a 24 hour period. This makes LS5 more like LS4.
🔻LS-137038: We're working on making list view filters 'sticky' throughout a user's session, but there was an issue that in some list views the default filters were being invisibly reapplied. We've made those filters visible, with work to ensure uniform behavior to follow.
