🔎 LS-117886: Restore the missing "Last 6 Months (To the Day)" date preset in report filters.
📅 LS-134313: Mass Calendar Updates gets a Court column on the step 2 list. Useful if you are updating events, tasks, and deadlines linked to cases and you collect court information on litigation records.
🪈 LS-135437: We're starting the plumbing through which can flow human friendly messages like "We're sorry, Dave, a program access restriction prevents me from showing you this document." Maybe not exactly like that, but something that provides a clue to confused users, site administrators, and others.
🐦🔥 LS-135692: Merging Custom Lookup values can get confused and fail if it wrongly thinks a value hasn't already been merged. We're educating that feature to think rightly.
🔗 LS-136711: You can now add an Automated Intake link in the Create Matter Links element. And to the Quickbar.
🗃️ LS-136931: The new File Manager, beloved by all, is going to be the new default. Switch buttons will exist for a while.
🚛 LS-136943: Transformed columns in a report will now honor your choice of separator. Semicolon fans rejoice.
🗒️ LS-137436: The Copy All Case Notes to New Case checkbox you are offered when creating a new case for a client can cause an error in some edge cases. Edge cases will be dealt with.
☎️ LS-137483: An inbound SMS message with attachments and message text could look fine as a case alert, display the message text in the SMS Log, but be missing the message text in the body of the case note. The message text in the case note is super extra handy even if you can get it elsewhere, so we're going to try extra hard to make sure it gets there.
🔄 LS-137497: If your Guided Navigation segment defaults a date/time field like "Date and Time Intake Created" to "Current Timestamp", we'll do that.
⚖️ LS-137592: SimpleJustice is getting some Case Alert polish. Shiny.
😎 LS-137596: Got an external process (like an online intake or a process that displays an external form)? Will the "LS5" option in the External Form Theme selector do what you think? All signs point to yes.
🧹 LS-137803: The Custom Field Cleanup example report has been updated to include a Categories column.
🛟 LS-137866: We said in a 2025-11-26 release note that we were going to make sure the AMI Poverty Category block saves a newly calculated value if it was different from a previously saved value. That was overstated a bit at the time, but it is true and accurate now.
LS5
Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.
🚴 LS-136311: A list view column that has multiple users in it (think the Staff column in a list of outreaches, for example) will display one user in LS5 following by a "+<n> more" note, where "<n>" equals the number of additional users. Double-clicking the row to display the SlideOver will reveal all the users.
🎁 LS-136339: If a list view provides configuration options, LS5 adds a Default View Mode option, which lets you pick Cards (instead of Grid). Nice. Configuration options FTW.
🌊 LS-136422: The Workflow expression editor and LS5 are not playing nice. Sent to their rooms without dinner, they have emerged remorseful, and with a renewed commitment to living in harmony.
🔗 LS-136832: The Client Survey Send Request block does not display a link in LS5 if you select "Manual (Display Link)" for the Contact Method. Oops.
🔎 LS-136864: If you are emailing from the Disposition block in LS5, the Recipients search and select will now work for more than one user or contact without needing to pause before entering the second name.
↔️ LS-136997: Power users tabbing into a Funding Code field, making a selection (with the keyboard), then tabbing to get to the next field/link/object are confused in LS5 when the last tab press lands them on a seemingly random part of the page. We'll stop that and send you where you hoped and dreamed you would go.
🔙 LS-137037: LS5 list views will now sport an "X" icon the filter bar. The hover text is "Reset listview [sic] to default settings". Where settings includes changes you've made to Views, Fields, or Filters.
📜 LS-137334: If a list view needs a horizontal scroll bar in LS5, we'll add one.
🏷️ LS-137752: The Full Name field in a Flowblock that displays the client's name and is a clickable link to the client profile is displaying HTML tags in LS5. It shouldn't. So it won't. After this change lands.
