Changes

🪄 API mavens should review the always-informative, interesting, and ever-changing API Changelog.

🪾 Some sites (mostly quite old ones) are still using the original document folder tree view from the beginning of the century (Admin > Document Settings > Show AJAX Document Lists = No). The original view is going away soon-ish. You have been warned. This does not override the Enable File Manager setting on the same page. If you've flipped the File Manger setting to No for now, you'll just be going from the old, old folder tree view to the old folder tree view.

🏥 LS-137481: "When scheduling into a clinic appointment slot, it would be helpful to see the user, if any, assigned to each slot." We're adding that column, and a General Notes column to boot.

⭐ 📃 LS-138806: If your site has SharePoint Integration, surely you will enjoy seeing the Admin > SharePoint Settings page getting support for separate Matter, Outreach, and Project libraries.

⭐ LS-142090: The Case Data > Most Recent Note Time subtable in reports gets a new Posted By field to let you see who posted said note.

🛠️ LS-143141: The snazzy new report edit mode mentioned in the 2026-04-29 Release Notes and undergoing testing gets a plethora of fixes and touch-ups. We ran out of fingers to count on, so more than 10.

🦊 LS-143195: The Add Event block is not playing nice with Firefox in some branch logic-y configurations. While we can still resist being absorbed into the Borg, we will.

⭐ LS-143214: Top Level Table will be an available column and filter for all the Reports list views you care about.

📧 LS-143230: The Destination Email Address field displayed by the Client Survey Send Request block is limited to 40 characters. No one remembers why, so we're increasing it to 255 (recommended by RFCs) and will show 80 characters before you need to scroll (recommended for compatibility with phones).

👷‍♀️ LS-143242: We're making selecting a Contractor on a work order a more pleasant experience, tuned to the number of contractors on your site.

📅 LS-143260: Can you have multiple Date Calculator blocks on a form, including behind branch logic, and have them work? Not yet. Wait for this change to land.

📫 LS-143279: If the Address block (with GIS enabled) is on a branch logic form that is hidden, should the address validation popup rear itself and offer to correct the current address? Not really. So we're going to teach it to be quiet when hidden.

🗃️ LS-143318: The File Manager does not display the magic Publications folder on the Admin > Documents page. Magic being added.

📋 LS-143612: The Case Log list view currently hides the "View All" link if there are more than 400 rows in the list. We're raising that limit to 750.

🚒 🧑‍🚒 LS-139343: SharePoint Folder tracer files were untraceable. Fixed pushed out on 2026-04-29 at 1:27 PM Eastern.

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.

📧 LS-143240: Can't email a case note in LS5. Recipients is an empty dropdown. Emptiness will be filled.

📃 LS-143282: Add New Document on a case throws an error in LS5. Team Error Removal is bringing the joyful, error-free experience.

✅ LS-143341: Checkbox to confirm your time does not work in LS5. Checkability being added.

⭐ ⏳ LS-143407: LS5 timekeeping testers have been very concerned about the lack of a side bar with the lovely and useful time totals breakdowns. Enter this ticket and a new pane below the list of timeslips that shows the totals. If your site has EVT or AGM, your confirm and verify links will appear below the new pane in a Pay Periods section.

👮 LS-143410: Is it safe yet to view and edit user role permission pages in LS5? Wait for this change to land, then view and edit to your heart's content.

🖱️ LS-143426: The "click here" part of "This task is incomplete, click here to mark as completed" will respond to your click in LS5 after this fix lands. We were going to remove the vintage "click here to" wording, but got teary eyed remembering when people needed to be told to click on underlined things on web pages. Good times.

👩‍🔬 LS-143506: Changing filters on many lists doesn't work in LS5 because the options are displayed behind/under/obscured by the filter popup. Pop-unders are being turned into pop-overs.

🚀 LS-143608: The Actions menu in LS5 is getting keyboard-friendliness added.
