🚨 🗃️ LS-145130: The old folder tree view of documents will no longer be an option after this change lands. Folder trees will be automagically replaced by the File Manager. (We've stopped referring to it as "new" considering it has been available since November 2025.)
🧙 API mavens should review the always-informative, interesting, and ever-changing API Changelog.
📄 LS-142519: Generating a document from a template that will be stored in SharePoint requires the user's role to have the Document: Delete permission. But it shouldn't. So we'll stop requiring that.
👷 LS-142815: The Contractor module has Work Orders. And you can invoke Create Billing Transaction on them. But wouldn't it be grand if that page had a "Save and Add Another Transaction" button on it? It would be. It will be.
👷 LS-144399: We're adding a filter for Work Sheet ID to the Work Sheets list on the Contractor section front.
🤖 LS-144979: You are a Reports API maven and enjoy the "Use Report Column Formatting" option. You just wish it worked better with boolean and number columns. Some wishes do come true.
🗓️ LS-145005: If you are pulling your LegalServer calendar events into Microsoft Outlook, and you have events linked to multiple cases, you have a problem. Unlike Google Calendar and ICS validators, Outlook doesn't like those events. We're changing how we structure such events in the ICS file to appease Outlook.
📄 LS-145505: If you use the File Manager's option to "Add to SharePoint" on a file, would you prefer the SharePoint Documents list update in a few seconds so you don't have to refresh the page? Surely you will agree with our answer.
📜 LS-145870: Have you built a report using the Case Data > Assignments - Combined Individual and Organization [One Row Per Assignment] subtable? Have you noticed it doesn't always pull all the assignments on cases? Surely you will be pleased when it starts doing that.
🎗️ LS-145931: Reminder Message Templates have an option to Omit Default Body Suffix that works for reminders sent via SMS, but not Email. We're splitting that into two options, one for SMS and one for Email.
🧪 LS-146162: If you are testing the New Report Edit Interface, you may have stopped when you saw one or more of your embedded reports stopped working. You can stick your toe back in the water after this fix lands.
📅 LS-146183: Can someone take more Leave than they have accrued? Under some circumstances, yes. But not after the changes in this ticket land.
📜 LS-146569: The New Report Edit Interface will start playing nice as you try to mind your B's and U's (column breakdowns and unique counts).
🪛 LS-146723: Report crosstabs got difficult to configure. Relief is on the way as we will sort the dropdown options, and allow searching those options to replace the much-loved-but-lost typeahead behavior.
🖌️ LS-146724: Report crosstabs lost useful formatting, making them harder to read, especially ones with many columns and when embedded on other pages. Restoration work is on the way.
🦾 LS-146875: A round of Accessibility improvements for the online intake/external forms interface.
🏢 LS-147101: Organization records have a Languages field. Wouldn't it be grand if you could see and filter on that column in the Organization List on your dynamic Organizations section front? It would be. It will be.

Are you and/or your minions testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.
✒️ LS-139355: Waivers will work perfectly in LS5 or double your money back.
📑 LS-139547: Bulleted and numbered lists in case notes will start displaying in LS5 as one would expect them to.
⌨️ LS-144251: Multiple Outcomes v2 does not provide a search and select style of selecting outcomes in LS5. But it will.
📋 LS-144818: Static task profile side bar links need to be surfaced in LS5. Need will be met.
⌚ LS-146923: The My Time widget displays an empty popup window in LS5 if a site does not have AGM or EVT. The emptiness is technically correct, but why make hapless users wonder if there should be something there? We shouldn't, so we won't.
