🧙 API mavens should review the always-informative, interesting, and ever-changing API Changelog.

🔗 LS-139525: You've set Tasks on Service records. Now you want task lists to display linked service records and service records to display linked tasks. You got it.

💍 LS-143128: You can use the "LS5" Login Page Style (Admin > Site Settings) even if your site is still LS4 all the way. Unless you are using mandatory Single Sign On, because it still displays the username and password fields (bad), and does not display the you must use SSO text (also bad). Both deficiencies are being corrected so you can use the "LS5" option, which we should call "New and Shiny" instead.

👷 LS-145856: If you have a Workflow creating an alert or sending a message, you may be pleased to see your Steps getting a multi-select list of Recipient Assignment Types and a Fallback to Primary Assignment field.

🏥 LS-145920: Would a Workflows list view make your dynamic Clinic Event and Clinic Event Appointment profiles just that much better? If you think so, get ready to make them more better.

📝  LS-145990: Should an InCert intake honor the Require County option in the County Combined (County of Residence & Dispute Count) block? Of course it should, so it will.

🏥 LS-146114: You have a Workflow that sends messages to people about their upcoming clinic appointment. If you'd like a bit more control over the content of those messages, surely you will enjoy the new multi-select Clinic Event Appointment Fields field and the Include Field List Header field.

⚡ LS-146709: Processing a pending electronic case transfer sets the Intake Program field to the Originating Agency Program (if a value was transfered). Some like that, many don't. If you are one of the many, you'll be relieved when you can set the new "Set Intake Program To Originating Program" setting to "No" on the Admin > Electronic Case Transfer Settings page.

📝 LS-147572: The New Service block gets a new configuration option to "Limit Editing Existing Phases By Type".

🎹 LS-147600: Selecting a Legal Problem Code via keyboard is partially broken in the Case Specific Questions block. All brokenness will be removed.

🐢 LS-147623: You've linked Service records to Service records. Of course you have. Now you want to report on them. If that's you, surely you will be intrigued by the the new subtables under "Services (One Row per Service)", viz: Charges Tied to Service, Linked Parent Services, and Linked Services.

🙈 LS-147633: Should the School History block display the Services Received field if you have unchecked Show Services Received in the configuration? Well of course not. So we'll stop doing that.

🏛️ LS-147676: The Event List on the main Calendar page gets a new Court column and filter. This ticket also turns the Court field on a dynamic event form from a plain text box to a search-and-select.

🙈 LS-147682: Report crosstabs have an errant, and highly unwanted, "n/a" subsection cell on every row. Sometimes we get what we want and don't get what we don't want.

🚭 LS-147727: Should all users see a link to edit your shiny dynamic clinic event profile? Well, no, so we're going to put it behind the same role permission that  protects other dynamic profile pages.

📜 LS-147789: Do you find yourself clicking "Minimize Editing Tools" in the shiny New Report Edit Interface a lot? Surely you will enjoy the new "Minimize Settings On Load?" attribute available for each report.

📧 LS-148056: The Case Email field in a Flowblock looks bad at low screen resolutions. We're going to ellipsize the email address in that situation and provide hover text with the full email address. Fear not, the icons will operate on the full email address, even if the display is ellipsized. We thought about applying a scrolling marquee effect, but restrained ourselves.

LS5

Are you and/or your staff testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.

🔕 LS-139621: A permission denied page is always disappointing (for the user), but at least LS5 could offer proper Back and Home buttons/links like LS4 does, instead of "BackHome". So it will.

🔗 LS-141421: If you select Make New Case for Client in the In-Place Client Search block then perform a conflict search on the next step of the intake, LS5 will display the case you "copied" from as associated, just like LS4 does.

🎨 LS-146952: LS5 does not honor your carefully chose Alert Type colors. But it will.

🔍 LS-147868: LS5 Search > People (Full) does not honor the setting to default to "Begins With" on the name fields. But it will. Supplemental Note: "LS5 Search" is now the official way to refer to the "Search anything ..." box. And yes, Virginia, it will eventually just be "Search".

🙈 LS-147980: If you've unchecked "Show Special Problem Code" in the Problem Code/Special Problem Code block, should LS5 display the "Special Problem Code" label on the form anyway? In a word, no. So we'll stop doing that.

🖇️ LS-148019: Case notes do not show attachment(s) in LS5 until you expand even a 1 line note. Expansion requirement being removed.

🖱️ LS-148029: Pay Period selectors in LS5 have the pointing-alone-selects-and-refreshes-the-page anomaly. Nominalty is on the way.

😧 LS-148092: Being logged in with Multifactor Authentication in LS5 can log you out if you use the "Switch to LS4" link in the Profile menu. Better linkage on the way.

🛝 LS-148116: Actions Dropdown links on lists open a slide out window in LS5, but the dropdown selectors in that window only show the first character of the current option until you click on it. Should you need to click a field to find out that "P" is actually "Please select"? Of course not.
