☎️ LS-137447: You enjoy having SMS Preset Messages, but wish you could set some unused ones to inactive instead of adding "DO NOT USE" to the text. Some wishes do come true.

👷 LS-139527: This ticket adds a Workflow step to be able to create tasks/deadlines for Service records. What's not to like.

🦻 👀 LS-142084: Additional accessibility improvements for online intake forms.

📜 LS-144157: The new-ish Primary Table column in your report list views should not display Bundle for Case Data reports. We can't mass update existing errant values, but newly created reports will display the correct Primary Table, and if you edit an existing report and save it, it will as well.

📃 LS-144798: You can upload a file directly on an Activity record. So it should not throw an error when you try to view it later in the File Manager. And it won't, once this fix lands.

🏥 ⏳ LS-146175: You want to link timeslips to Clinics or Clinic Events. Of course you do. Get ready to add the new "Clinic / Client Event" block to your form(s). Why not add the new "Timeslip Links Timekeeping" element to the Actions menu on clinic profiles and clinic event profiles.

🆗 LS-146929: Adding household members and opposing parties to an online intake works, but the buttons could use some alignment adjustments. We'll balance the wheels while we've got it up on the rack.

📃 LS-147258: Your edits to a document via Office for the Web are saved. Good. But downloading an edited file via the View Content viewer downloads the previous version of the file. Confusing. We're de-confusing things.

⚡ LS-147923: You use and enjoy the "Duplicate Charge" button in the Enhanced Charges block. You may it enjoy even more when you discover the upside down caret lets you duplicate a charge up to 100 times.

⚡ LS-147925: The Bulk Charges Edit block only lets you bulk edit Disposition, Disposition Date, and Note. Imagine your joy when you see the block configuration will let you add so many more charge fields to what you can edit.

🧑‍🏭 LS-148220: Project mavens may find the new Project Type lookup intriguing. Especially when you discover it is an available column and filter on the Projects list view.

👥 LS-148533: Report filters on users in run mode can get confused by users with the same name. Would switching from name-based lists to ID-based lists help? Oh yes it would, and it will.

🔍 LS-148562: Do you want to put the shiny new Perform Quick Search block on an intake form? There's only way to find out. Try it out.

🤖 LS-148565: Got your own LLM running in your own cloud? You should check out the new "Customer-Hosted OpenAI-Compatible Backends" section in the Admin > AI & Machine Learning Settings page.

🔍 LS-148572: The Adverse Party (Prescreen) block can display a "Group Adverse Party Conflict Search" link. Should that link throw an error depending on an obscure search setting? No it should not. So it will not.

📜 LS-148606: A report Summation using the Primary Assignment's name for rows is not, well, summarizing anything. But it will.

📜 LS-148664: Your formula field of wonder in a crosstab works, but "O’Connor" isn't thrilled. They will be unannoyed when this fix lands.

🖨️ LS-148769: The ability to create PDFs on verify time pages offered by Advanced Grants Management and Electronic Verification of Time is nice. Unless the Totals section you so very much want is not included. We will include the Totals always and forever.

LS-148783: Charge lookup values have a lot of attributes. But we're adding Charge ID and Charge Attribute in case you were pining for more.

🌎 LS-148970: Your carefully constructed translations of "Monthly Amount" and "Annual Amount" will be applied to the Income list view header labels.

📧 LS-148856: Reminder emails on classic reminders are working, but don't include a To header, and add the attendees/users as Bcc recipients, increasing the risk of getting quarantined or tagged as spam. We've stopped that and are constructing the emails the same way we do with Enhanced Reminders.

👩‍🔬 LS-148997: We're removing the friction of needing to contact support to get Formula Fields enabled by making the feature available everywhere all at once forever.

🖌️ LS-149022: The system translations page has needed a new coat of paint for a while. We hope you like what we've done.

🔗 LS-149024: Working on system translations should not require manually entering a URL. But it does. Admin page discoverability is on the way.

📝 LS-149131: Copy Prescreen is great, except that it leaves the new matter not associated with a prescreen create process. Association will be made.

🚒 🧑‍🚒 LS-148905: The Okta Single Sign On integration was failing on demo sites. Fixed pushed out on 2026-09-03 at 3:16 PM Eastern. Live sites were not, and shall not be, affected.

🚒 🧑‍🚒 LS-148953: The Azure Single Sign On integration was failing on demo sites. Fixed pushed out on 2026-09-09 at 1:23 AM Eastern. Live sites were not, and shall not be, affected.

🚒 🧑‍🚒 LS-149081: Online intake links stopped working and external forms couldn't be sent on 2026-09-08 when our URL shortener that generates the "survey.legal" links stopped working. Fully resolved on 2026-09-08 by 5:30 PM Eastern.

LS5 Interface

🙈 LS-145166: Pro Bono timeslip on a case offers all current pro bono users in LS5, not just the ones assigned to the case with an option to select non-assigned users. LS4 parity will be achieved.

📜 LS-148031: Embedded report bar graphs and charts on first tab in a row do not load data on page load in LS5. But they will.

⏱️ LS-148399: Loading Workflows in LS5 takes 6x longer than LS4. Get your stopwatch ready.

🖱️ LS-148401: Various selectors (Workflow Step, Action on a pending case transfer, others?) can make the page jump-y/scroll-y in LS5, making it difficult to select an option. Stability being added.

📃 LS-148466: The Email PDF of Profile block sends blank PDFs in LS5. LS4 parity will be achieved.

🗒️ LS-148521: Tabs on the Admin > Processes, Forms, and Profiles page sometimes show "No fields selected for display" in LS5 instead of the list of things. Things will be listed.

🌎 LS-148753: Process Language block does not work in LS5. But it will.

🧑‍🔧 LS-148841: Multiple updates to make LS5 and Guided Navigation play nice. Highlights include county field handling and multi-select lookups as toggle fields in branch logic blocks.

🌎 LS-149003: LS5 doesn't honor translations. But it will.

🧪 LS-149017: Focus group testers say online intake and external forms using the "Ls5" (sic) External Form Theme look 82.3% better after this round of updates.
