LegalServer Staff will be observing Labor Day on Monday (2026-09-07). Or Labour Day if your dialect has not yet undergone spelling reform. For those outside of North America, this is the equivalent of international Workers' Day that you likely celebrated on May 1st.

📜 LS-84893: Report writers on sites that associate cases may be pleased to see a new “Is Most Recent Matter for Client” boolean appear in the Case Data fields list.
🌊 LS-139526: This ticket adds Workflow triggers for the Services module (both create and field change triggers). What's not to like.
💧 LS-144893: Sites with Dropbox Integration that have pined for including a case's Legal Problem Code in the Dropbox folder name can prepare to ask that such be enabled after this change lands.
🗒️ 🗒️ LS-145835: If you allow case notes to be copied, and use the associated cases list for selecting case(s) to copy a note to, you may be excited when a Show Related Cases button appears after the associated cases list. Will it display a list of Related Cases you can copy the note to? And a list of cases associated with the Related Cases? Spoiler: Yes and Yes.
🧑🔧 LS-145867: The Generic Lookup Selector block inside your Guided Navigation segment of wonder is configured to only show certain values from the County lookup. Perfect. Except the front end selector shows counties you didn't select. Oh, but it will.
🌐 LS-146927: The Submit (Configurable) block's configuration will make it clear that the URL option requires including "https://" if you are sending people somewhere outside of your site.
🤖 LS-147503: API mavens love the API Log page. They will love it even more after this change that adds Report API calls to the list.
🏛️ LS-148083: If you are testing Organizations as Clients, you will surely be excited that we're adding a "Client Organization (w/ Profile Link)" field to Flowblock, and that the Organization Timeslips list view on an organization profile will show all the timeslips wherein the organization is the client, and the Timekeeping > Cases > Client Organization subtable in reports will do what you hope it would.
🤹 LS-148314:The Add Task/Deadline block [citation needed] on your shiny form adds the user filling out the form to the Users on the task, like it or not. If not, you will be pleased with the new "On New Todos, Add Current User to Users List" option we're adding.
🏢 LS-148382: If the Disposition block is configured with "Default Office Location: (Intake Office Location)" the office will default to the value of the Intake Office field if that is set, otherwise the office from the intake assignment.
🔧 LS-148413: Stop InCert intakes from skipping negative evaluators.
👩🔬 LS-148450: Case copy is broken if you've unwittingly selected any Formula Fields on the Admin page that lets you choose Custom Fields to copy. We're going stop formula fields from showing up when selecting custom fields to copy.
⚒️ LS-148485: We sawed, hammered, sanded, and painted. Surely you will enjoy the result in the New Calendar Interface.
🧑🚀 LS-148499: The Generic Outgoing API block does not work on Service records. But it should, so it will.
🤖 LS-148531: Is integrating with Microsoft services so obtuse that we spent many, many hours creating the LegalServer Microsoft Integration Tool and made it available in a public Github repo? It can help you with SharePoint and Azure/Entra SSO certificates, and so much more. But wouldn't it be grand if it could also help with Azure OpenAI setup? It would be, it will be.
🔑 LS-148621: The Change Password form includes the line "Your site administrators may impose additional requirements." Wouldn't it be better to explicitly list such? Of course it would. And will. Bulleted list formatting added at no additional charge.
🛸 LS-148628: If you put the Add Case Note block on an external form, should it throw an error when the external person tries to use it? Sadly it will, but we're going to make it instead display "The Add Case Note form cannot be used on an external form." Hopefully you or one of your friends will notice that during testing and remove the block. And of course you are testing in a private/incognito window or browser not logged in to your site so you see what the hapless external people will see, right?
🌎 LS-148638: Sites with Multiple Languages enabled will enjoy seeing the phrase "must be a valid email address" show up on the system translation page.
💰 LS-148642: The Online Financial Information - Detailed block doesn't label the household size fields as required even if you tell it to. And if the Number of People under 18 field is required but not filled out, the "Error: is required" warning is obviously lacking. Deficiencies will be addressed.
🌺 LS-148650: If you have the Lead/Member case block on your case profile, and the Pro Bono Opportunity block directly on the profile (not behind a tab), then using the Edit Lead Status button will result in large red bar of error sadness. We allow that configuration, so we will start supporting it.
🎫 LS-148805: "I have a sticky note on my monitor with the dates I filed tickets. But it would be a lot easier if you just started populating the empty Date Created column on the Admin > Support Tickets page." We'll help you make space for a different sticky note.
LS5 Interface
🖱️ 🖱️ LS-141927: Guided Navigation expressions are not being followed in LS5 when triggered by a multiselect field. But they will be.
📝 LS-142704: Social Service note bodies are not displayed in LS5, requires clicking into edit mode, and the Show button isn't a button. All that is wrong will be right.
🪛 LS-146677: In-place field editing on profiles stopped working again in LS5. Unstopped, it will be.
👷 LS-148079: Workflow Step displays a required Recipient Assignment Types field in LS5 that is not there in LS4. LS4 is correct, so LS5 will be taught to follow its example.
🖍️ LS-148313: The Total Assets dollar value displayed by the financial blocks is a dreary gray in LS5 instead of LS4's vibrant green when under the limit and scary red when over the limit. If you can see and distinguish colors, you'll like this fix.
🔧 LS-148334: LS5 is not honoring Guided Navigation expressions and displaying fields even if the expression test is true. Honor is being restored.
🖱️ LS-148415: The Process Button block displays a button in LS5. But not the kind you can click. Clickable they will be.
🔫 LS-148434: Large blank space of sadness at the bottom of case note list pages in LS5. We're going to zap it from orbit.
🏥 LS-148368: Assign Client to Clinic Event block doesn't select an appointment in LS5. But it will.
🌊 LS-148494: Configuring a Flowblock in LS5 gets a much needed rewrite from the ground up. Shiny.
🎁 LS-148506: Body of some case notes is not wrapping in LS5 but does in LS4. LS5 will achieve LS4 Text Wrap Parity.
💡 LS-148633: The New LS5 Form Edit Interface will be default on in LS5.
