🪄 API mavens should review the always-informative, interesting, and ever-changing API Changelog.

📜 ⭐ LS-97608: If you've selected non-current users in a filter in edit mode, those users don't appear in the filter when someone runs the report. Now they will. But wait, there's more. User filters in run mode get a long sought after checkbox "Include Non-Current Users".

🏛️ LS-133165: The Service Litigations block [citation needed] will stop making your service forms of wonder load approximately 3.14159 times slower than without the block.

🐕‍🦺 LS-136883: You can add notes to Service records via the Notes (Generic) block. Including those notes in a report, not so much. Relief is on the way.

🏥 LS-139098: The Upcoming Clinic Events list on the Clinics section front gets a new Counties column. Will the Clinic Events list get that as an available column on your shiny dynamic clinic profile page? Spoilers.

🗃️ LS-139239: The shiny new File Manager will now display the magic Logos folder on the main Documents page, and the Pro Bono Documents folder (if that feature is enabled).

🪪 LS-139280: If you add the Government ID field to your Flowblock of wonder, would you rather see "55170-054" or "Inmate Number: 55170-054"? We hope you like the choice.

🏥 LS-139922: The Appointments list view that likely adorns your clinic event profile page is fine, if you like it as is. We're adding a new, modern Clinic Event Appointments  list view that has all the filters and column configurations you could want. No need to rush to replace the older list view.

📜 LS-140120: Matter Date Open Range gets some filter and column display fixes.

📜 LS-140137: If the "Date of Earliest (Open, Intake, Prescreen)" column is causing an error on any of your reports, help is on the way. Any given report may need to you to delete and re-add the column after this fix lands.

🎟️ LS-140276: Are you into the Personal Access Tokens scene for API access? All the cool kids are. Surely your appreciation will be anything but token the next time you create one and see the shiny new Expiration Length selector.

📅 LS-140436: What's this Enable New Calendar on the Admin > Site Settings page? Will it bring you joy? You enable, you decide.

🚷 LS-140531: You can batch decline a group of registrants and send an email. Wouldn't it be grand if the same happened when you declined a single registrant. It would be. It will be.

🎨 🖌️ LS-140540: The Rich Text Editor toolbar gets a color picker. (Also known as "RichText Editor" and "Rich Editor". We can't seem to agree on which it is.)

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-140765: The pay period selector on Confirm Time pages updates the data table, but was stubbornly refusing to display the pay period you selected at the top of the page. Fix pushed out on 2026-03-01 at 11:31 AM Eastern.

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.

🧴 LS-138974: The Applicant Name (Prescreen) block gets labels and "(required)" indicators in LS5 where you would expect them.

🛶 LS-139414: Entering an Activity record in LS5 can be nigh impossible because the Item selector is misbehaving. Behavior modification is being applied.

☎️ LS-139537: SMS Alerts are not showing the client name in LS5. LS4 parity will be achieved.

🌊 LS-139589: Do you have multiple Flowblocks of wonder, and branch logic on your case profile decides which one to display? Are you saddened by the flowblocks not being fully flowblock-y in LS5? Prepare for joy (or at least relief).

📜 LS-139676: Embedded reports don't always display results in LS5. But they should. So they will.

📅 LS-140483: The following is a dramatization of a real event:

Hapless User (Hap) clicks a Create New Event link.  

LS5: Would you like to associate this event to a case, Hap?  

Hap: Why yes, I would.  

LS5: Well then, maybe you should click Yes, Hap.  

Hap: Oh, okay, done.  

LS5: Now search and select the case you want in the Case box.  

Hap: (clicks, types, clicks, types) Hey LS5, nothing happens when I type in that box.  

LS5: Displays "Thinking ..."  

LS5: I'm sorry, Hap. I don't seem to be capable of that function.  

Hap: (inaudible)  

There will be a happy ending, after the fix in this ticket lands.

🪐 LS-141001: Focus rings around field selectors are excellent visual indicators of where you are on a form. LS5 isn't ringing all the selectors, but this ticket ensures it will.
