News

Everyone involved is excited about these nice folks going live next week:

Changes

👉 👉 Effective 2026-03-12 for demo sites, then 2026-03-20 for live sites. 👈 👈

🪄 API mavens should review the always-informative, interesting, and ever-changing API Changelog.

⭐ 📜 LS-73417: Does the idea of a System Users > Access Tokens (One row per token) subtable in reports excite you? What if we told you it included the Expires field so you can see when the tokens on  your site expire?

🎑 LS-88303: Have you long been irked by HTML tags like "<p>" being displayed in the Confidential Notes on timeslip profiles? The heavens are aligning, the Moon will be in the seventh house, and the music of the spheres will fill your soul with joy.

👩‍🔬 LS-126624: If you've tried to transform your Charge Penalty Class lookup for a report, you were saddened by the error in your report. Gladness is on the way.

⭐ 📜 ⭐ LS-129978: "Export to CSV" becomes a first class citizen for report writers in edit mode. Will that include summations and crosstabs? In edit mode and run mode? Spoilers.

📜 LS-100316: Your Systems Users > User Notes - One Row Per Note report is grand. But you felt it could be even grander if there was a subtable there for Note Type [Lookup]. We feel it too.

🌊 🐧 LS-133678: Should the custom boolean field you added to your Flowblock of wonder honor the Highlighting option? It should. It shall.

📬 LS-131049: Address Validation is returning if you have that feature.

👥 LS-138405: If Quick Case Copy offers to relate people on the source case to the new case, doing so will display a warning.

👥 LS-138406: The Conflict Search Results block gets a new "Show Household Size Change Warning" configuration option.

👥 LS-138407: The Family Information block gets a new "Show Household Size Change Warning" configuration option.

🫵 LS-138408: The Add Person block gets a new "Show Household Size Change Warning" configuration option.

👥 LS-138409: If your site uses Quick Case Copy, you may be interested in the new "Automatically Relate All Family Members for Quick Case Copy" setting on the Admin > Process Settings page (conveniently located in the Case Copy Settings section).

😨 LS-139037: We're trying really, really hard to deal with a race condition causing Gavel workflow names to not update timely/properly. (Mention "race condition" at your next fancy dinner party and discover if there are any engineers present.)

🚷 ⭐ LS-139956: Is your Reports API call returning a vague-y error? Surely you will be aided by more descriptive errors like "Report API Key does not match the requested Report ID", and so on.

🗃️ LS-140198: The File Manager gets a slew of Accessibility improvements (keyboard navigation, contrast, etc.) and multiple language support.

🏥 LS-140229: If you let online applicants schedule a clinic appointment slot, should available slots show only if you've done Legal Problem Code matching via outgoing and incoming lookup mappings? Or should matching the LPC names be enough? People expect the latter, so that's what we're going to do.

⚡ ⭐ LS-140636: Do you get a lot of Electronic Case Transfers? Do you pine to be able to filter your bountiful list of of pending transfers by Name? By Phone? Oh, the joy you will feel.

🔂 LS-141025: If you put the Prescreen Status block in a segment of your Guided Navigation dialog of wonder, should you be able to configure it and have your configurations save? We think you'll like the answer.

LS5

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.

🧑‍🔬 LS-138960: The Filtered Dropdown Field block [citation needed] will display field labels in LS5 just like it does in LS4.

📱 LS-139272: A potpourri of small, but tasteful, changes to styling LS5 when using a small viewport device (colloquially: a phone).

💰 LS-140325: If your timeslip has the Billable Fields block on it, should LS5 display the same things that LS4 does? Mais oui. Engagez!
