🧑‍🧒 LS-137380: The Family Information block gets a new "Show Household Size Change Warning" configuration option. The warning: "If the number of people in the household changes, please review the financial information on this case."

👥 LS-138405: If Quick Case Copy offers to relate people on the source case to the new case, doing so will display a warning.

🫵 LS-138408: The Add Person block gets a new "Show Household Size Change Warning" configuration option.

🏥 LS-140229: If you let online applicants schedule a clinic appointment slot, should available slots show only if you've done Legal Problem Code matching via outgoing and incoming lookup mappings? Or should matching the LPC names be enough? People expect the latter, so that's what we're going to do.
