🦺 LS-137640: Merging custom lookup values can sometimes leave you with an inexplicable error of sadness. We're making adjustments to the lookup merge interocitor to reduce your sadness.
🩼 LS-138564: We got Header element hover text working in LS5, but that stopped it from working in LS4. De-breakage in LS4 is on the way.
🪟 LS-139396: If you've created case profile views, a few things determine which view is used. Would you like the case's assigned program to be a shiny new factor? If so, this is your week. Spoiler: Look at the new attribute each Program lookup value can have.
🔗 LS-139524: Would you like to link a case task to a service/phase record on the case? If so, surely you will enjoy the new Service field on
🏛️ LS-143854: The Court dropdown in the Enhanced Charges block lists all active organizations, not just the ones where type includes Court. The list will be limited.
🏥 LS-146112: The External Clinic Event Appointment block [citation needed] gets new configuration options for "Show Clinic Name" and "Show Legal Problem Code". Uncheck one or both if you don't want them displayed.
👷 LS-146113: If you've pined for a new Workflow trigger type like “Clinic Event Appointment Scheduled”, then surely you will like this change.
🙈 LS-146637: Data Aggregation sites are getting new options to limit the data they accept from sites, including a new Auxiliary Group section on the admin page that allows not accepting Income Information, Expense Information, etc.
🗃️ LS-146702: Have you ever tried to create a subfolder for file(s) uploaded to a Message? Some have, and discovered the subfolder would not be on the message itself , but the site's document structure. No one expects that, so we're going to root the subfolder to the message itself.
☎️ LS-146870: The Responsible for Calling block can be run as many times as you want, but it only ever creates one and only one callback assignment per matter. But we're upping its game and letting it end an existing assignment and create a new one.
⭐ ⭐ LS-147644: The Toggler Field in a Branch Logic block configuration is getting an edit pencil to lead you to that field's profile page. That's right, Virginia, no more spelunking through the system field list or custom field list to find your toggle fields.
🧑🔧 LS-147660: Trying to merge a user role lookup value into a value that has the same Parent ID doesn't work. Go figure. But it will after this change lands.
🔍 ⭐ LS-147774: Landing on the Admin page stopped putting focus in the search box. We fixed it for LS5. Now we're doing the same for the venerable LS4.
🔧 LS-147904: The Mass Assignment Updates "To" field bears the "(required)" label, so it should be, well, required, no? It should be. It shall be.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-147930: Dismissing multiple alerts on your home page was not a pleasant experience. Fix pushed out to all sites on 2026-08-13 at 12:07 PM Eastern.

Are you and/or your staff testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.
🔍 LS-143192: "There are some display issues with the In-Place Client Search block in LS5. And when we say some, we mean quite a few." True statements deserve action, so we're acting.
👩🔬 LS-144186: Cause Number (or whatever your site may have renamed it) is not available as a filter on the Case/Matter - Cases list view in LS5. Available it shall be made.
🏥 LS-146714: Upcoming Clinic Events list view in LS5 does not collapse the Counties column and provide a "Show All" link so one row can take up more than a screen. "+n more" togglers to the rescue.
🙈 LS-146994: Deleting, transfering, or copying a case note in LS5 lands you on a large page of JSON output. The delete, transfer, or copy works, but yes, we will stop displaying the data dump.
🖱️ LS-147260: LS5 Search's Add Filter list closes if you click on the scroll bar. Rude. So we'll stop doing that.
🆗 LS-147280: Homepage and Case alerts don't require you to confirm dismissing them in LS5 despite you quite clearly checking the option to require confirmation. LS5 obedience on the way.
🔧 LS-147621: Can't select an MLP: ICD-10 Diagnosis in LS5 - it only shows "unassigned". Selector correction on the way.
🖱️ LS-147734: Date/Time in the /system/log_module list is not a clickable link in LS5 to the details; the double-click slide out does not display all of the data for a row. Slide out, schmide out. Date/Time link repair on the way.
⭐ ⭐ LS-148061: When a list refreshes (after changing filters, sorting, or clicking the Refresh icon) wouldn't it be grand if you got visual feedback? It would be. It will be. Haptic and audible feedback are under consideration.
👩🔬 LS-148071: You can select Problem Code Category as a filter in a case list view in LS5, but it just doesn't work. Full filter functioning is on the way.
🙈 LS-148103: Case Status History (for Editing) block in LS5 displays Dec 31, 1969 instead of nothing for a blank End Date. Regular people don't recognize Dec 31, 1969 as a universal indicator of a null date, so we're just going to display nothing.
